This policy explains how VeaSec Inc. (“VeaSec,” “I,” or “me”) handles personal information when you visit this website, contact me, or use my services in the Coachella Valley.

When you contact me

If you call or email, I receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, address for a home visit, and a description of the problem.

When I work on your devices or accounts

Tech help sometimes means I can see personal information on your devices or in your accounts, such as files, photos, messages, or account settings. I only access what is needed for the job you asked for, and only with your permission. I do not keep copies of your files, photos, or passwords after the work is finished unless you ask me to.

When you visit this website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it has no forms that collect information. The site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, which automatically processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks and abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies for this purpose, and may give me anonymous, combined traffic statistics. I do not use this information to identify you. I do not use your information for advertising, and I do not send marketing messages.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

I only share information in these situations:

• With services I use to run the business, such as website hosting and security (Cloudflare), email, phone, payment, and accounting providers, only as needed for them to do their job
• When required by law, such as a valid subpoena or court order
• When you give me permission

I keep contact details and job records only as long as needed to provide my services and meet legal and tax requirements. After that, I delete them.

I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, such as strong passwords and two-step login on my own accounts and devices. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask me to tell you what personal information I have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@veasec.com and I will respond within a reasonable time. I may need to keep some records if the law requires it.

Because this website does not track visitors, browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how it works.

My services are for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent me personal information, contact me and I will delete it.

If I change this policy, I will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
